Orders and Shipping
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process and 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
You can create an account by clicking on the “Sign Up” or “My Account” section on our website. Simply enter your name, email, and password, and you’re ready to start shopping!
You can update your shipping address before checkout. If you need to change the address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours so we can update it before shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of your account.
No, we do not store any credit card or payment details for security reasons. All transactions are processed securely.
Sales tax may apply depending on your location and local regulations. Any applicable tax will be calculated at checkout.
We currently ship to multiple countries. At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options for your location. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. However, if your order includes multiple items from different warehouses, they may arrive separately.

We offer a 7-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and further instructions. Please ensure the package is securely sealed before sending it back.
