We want you to love your EverJoy products. Because our items—including apparel, tumblers, water bottles, and magnets—are printed on demand specifically for you, we handle returns a bit differently than traditional retailers.

Defective or Damaged Products Our priority is your satisfaction. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.

Sizing Issues & Buyer's Remorse Because each item is custom-printed to order, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind. To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to our detailed Size Guide on the product page before placing your order.

Order Cancellations Since orders are sent to production quickly to ensure fast delivery, we can only accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order.
